China slams its bad-loan managers

The FT reported how bad-loan managers set up to receive banks' bad loans have abused their charters in under-hand ways that have caught the attention of regulators. The managers have the scope to use asset securitisation to raise funds but they are prohibited from repurchase agreements with banks.
