ABS holdings of ECB are just 1/10 of its covered bond holdings.

Compared to 2016, 2017 has seen a surge in CLO refinancings transactions (about 4x more).

Also private equity managers have sponsored securitisation issues more in 2017 - as part of their purchases of their investment portfolios, such as a NPL purchase.
