Microfinance account receivables (ARs) were securitised.

The underlying assets generating the receivables are 300K microfinance loans across 280 branches in 3 Latin America countries. These loans were themselves secured by automobiles, motorbikes, electronics, and gold, hence the description collateralised account receivables.
