CMBS master trust and triple-net lease issue

Dec 2016: SCF Realty Capital (part of Blackrock) issued a CMBS structured as a master trust that can issue multiple series of notes secured by real estate properties and related triple-net leases. These are leases where the tenant (instead of the property owner) pays for the leased property's insurance, maintenance, and taxes but pays a smaller rent also.
