US Fed Reserve CDO wins IFR SF Deal of the Year 2012

The US Fed Reserve securitised a $7.5bn chunk (of its $47bn portfolio) as a CRE CDO comprised of two underlying AIG CMBS or CDO deals: MAX 2007-1 and MAX 2008-1. More details here and here
