French RMBS wins IFR SF deal of the year 2014

French bank's €900m securitisation has been structured to substantially extend the usual life of junior tranches and is set to become the standard for future deals. It also achieved regulatory capital relief.

The deal was sold to 121 accounts (an unusually high distribution) and the issuer could have sold €3bn because of high demand, all confirming its success.
